Memberships

Maxine has been a member of the Palette People on Gabriola Island for many years.
She is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, Nanaimo Chapter.

Artistic Background

Maxine has taken numerous workshops with many wonderful artists. She also has an extensive library of books
and videos which have been a great help, teaching her the basics.

"I love to experiment with many mediums, trying inks, watercolour, acrylic and collage...anything and everything that works for me.

I love to work in bold colours and leave much to the viewers imagination. That's the magic and spirit, hopefully, of my work."
